How VERITY handles the minimum personal data needed to run the service. Effective 2026-08-16.
What we collect
Telegram account ID and language setting. Order details: product, payment method, transaction identifier. Service access logs kept for security. We do not collect your real name, resident ID, or card numbers.
Why we use it
To activate and maintain your subscription, confirm payments, answer support inquiries, and prevent fraud or abuse.
How long we keep it
Records of contracts and payments are kept for the periods required by e-commerce law, then destroyed. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when required by law.
Processing partners
Service infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare. Processors act only under our instructions.
